Kia Soul: Driver Airbag (DAB) Module and Clock Spring. Removal

Set the front tires straight-ahead before removing the steering
wheel.

Disconnect the battery negative cable.
|
3. |
Release the connector locking pin, then disconnect the driver
airbag module connector(B).
|
4. |
Remove the steering wheel.
(Refer to Steering System - "Steering Column and Shaft")

5. |
Loosen the screws and then remove the steering wheel column shroud
(A).
|
6. |
Disconnect the clock spring and horn connector (A) and then remove
the clock spring.
